1 on 1 Coaching Refund Policy

• You can claim a full refund up to 24 hours after the start of your first coaching session. After that, refunds are at Tristan's discretion.

• To claim a refund, message Tristan on WhatsApp (+44 7729 574269) or email contact@tristaneksten.com.

• If you claim a refund, any coaching or services you haven't received yet will stop.

• If you claim a refund, you won't be able to book Tristan Eksten services again, and you will lose all Tristan Eksten memberships.

• The refund will be issued to your payment card within 7 days of your request.

 

Photoshoot + Profile Set Up Refund Policy

• You can claim a full refund up to 24 hours after receiving the preview link for all your photos. After that, refunds are at Tristan's discretion.

• To claim a refund, message Tristan on WhatsApp (+44 7729 574269) or email contact@tristaneksten.com.

• If you claim a refund, you won't receive your non-watermarked photos, and any services you haven't received yet will stop.

• If the photoshoot takes place outside London, extra travel fees apply. Travel fees and any other expenses paid for you, Tristan or another photographer are not refundable.

• If you claim a refund, you won't be able to book Tristan Eksten services again, and you will lose all Tristan Eksten memberships.

• If you claim a refund, you may not keep or use any of the photos, whether on a dating profile, on social media or anywhere else, and any downloaded files must be deleted straight away. This applies to every Tristan Eksten package that includes photography. If you keep or use the photos, you are liable for the full price of the service.

• The refund will be issued to your payment card within 7 days of your request.

 

Gold and Silver Package Refund Policy (with or without the photoshoot)

 

3 First Dates in 1 Month – Money-Back Guarantee

• If you don't get at least 3 first-date agreements in your first month, you get your money back. The guarantee is available wherever you live, not only in London.

• The only requirement: your dating app location and search radius must cover an area with a population of at least 4 million people for the whole guarantee month.

• What counts as a date: a match from the dating app, someone you haven't met before, agrees to go on a date with you. The date counts once she agrees, even if she later cancels or it doesn't go ahead. Each date must be with a different person.

• The guarantee month is 30 days, starting on the day your new dating profile goes live.

• To claim, message Tristan on WhatsApp (+44 7729 574269) or email contact@tristaneksten.com within 7 days after the guarantee month ends. Tristan may offer you an alternative instead of a refund, but you don't have to take it.

 

If you're not happy with your photos

• If the package includes a photoshoot and you're not happy with the photos, you can claim a full refund up to 24 hours after receiving the preview link for all your photos.

 

If you claim a refund

• Any coaching, WhatsApp access, profile feedback or other services you haven't received yet will stop.

• You won't be able to book Tristan Eksten services again, and you will lose all Tristan Eksten memberships.

• Travel fees and other expenses for a photoshoot outside London are not refundable.

• The refund will be issued to your payment card within 7 days of your request.

 

Platinum Package Refund Policy

• The Platinum Package has the same 3 First Dates in 1 Month guarantee and refund terms as the Gold and Silver Packages.

 

Tristan Eksten Membership and WhatsApp Group Membership Rules

• Tristan can remove members from the WhatsApp group if they break the rules in the Group Info section. They will then also lose the general Tristan Eksten membership for events and special offers.

• Gold Package: "lifetime" support items (such as the lifetime Tristan Eksten membership and lifetime WhatsApp group membership) end if Tristan Eksten discontinues these services or pauses or stops his photography and coaching business.

• Silver Package: "1 year" support items (such as the 1 year Tristan Eksten membership and 1 year WhatsApp group membership) end if Tristan Eksten discontinues these services or pauses or stops his photography and coaching business. Otherwise they end 1 year from the start of your coaching, and you can pay to extend them.

 

WhatsApp Coaching Terms

• WhatsApp Coaching booked on its own is non-refundable. If it's part of a package, the refund policy for that package applies.

• Tristan replies to up to 6 questions per day, within 24 hours of each question. If a reply takes longer than 24 hours, you can ask for an extra day to be added to the end of your WhatsApp coaching period.

• Most replies are audio messages. Tristan chooses the format of the messages.

 

General

• Tristan Eksten and his team can't be held responsible for what happens in your life, your dating life or on dating apps.

• You must pay for the services you buy in full, within the agreed timeline or payment plan. If you don't, legal action may be taken.
